Self-Service Questions:
Do you have large machines that can wash king-size comforters?
We have several at each of our stores.
Are you attended?
Our attendant works from 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and then again from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Our laundromats are attended 80% of the time.
Do your laundromats take credit cards or quarters?
They take quarters, but they also take credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is there parking?
Yes, both laundromats are in shopping centers with plenty of parking.
Do you vend soap?
Absolutely, so don't worry if you forget to bring it.
Fluff & Fold Questions:
Is it extra to have clothing hung up?
The hangers are $0.15 cents each or you can bring them from home.
Is there a minimum charge for Wash and Fold?
There is a 12-pound minimum order for our in store wash and fold service.
If I want a certain brand of detergent used on my clothing, can I bring it in?
Absolutely. We provide detergent, but if you have one you prefer, bring it with your clothing.
Pick-Up & Delivery Questions:
What days do you do pickup and delivery?
We Do Pick Up And Delivery 7 Days A Week
What hours do you do pickup and delivery?
From 8 am to noon.
What if I am at work when you do pickup/delivery?
When you schedule a pickup, there is a place for you to note where they can find your clothing. You might leave them on your porch, behind the gate to the right of your house, or with the apartment manager.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $30.00.
